This roast is in honor of our missions work in Africa. The majority of this organic blend originates in Africa, which produces great coffee and thought by some to be the mother of all coffees. The legacy of this coffee, plus the well-structured citric acidity, rich body, and subtle chocolate notes make this memorable and extremely sought after. One of the best choices for making iced coffee.
Shipping and timing for 5-pound bag orders: We roast coffee on Mondays and Tuesdays. Because we roast to order to ensure freshness, all online orders of 5-pound bags are roasted on those days. Orders to be roasted that week must be made by Sunday at 5pm. Orders made after 5pm Sunday will be roasted and shipped at the beginning of the following week.
