In honor of our Pittsburg State University Gorillas! This blend is bright, sharp, earthy, heavy-bodied that exhibits low-acidity smoothness. A hint of chocolate and sweetness makes it great for any time of day. If you are not sure whether you like a medium or dark roast, this is the one to choose.

Shipping and timing for 5-pound bag orders: We roast coffee on Mondays and Tuesdays. Because we roast to order to ensure freshness, all online orders of 5-pound bags are roasted on those days. Orders to be roasted that week must be made by Sunday at 5pm. Orders made after 5pm Sunday will be roasted and shipped at the beginning of the following week.
