Guatemala Hue Hue Tenango (way-way-ten-nang-oh) in the northeast frontier produces a wonderful bright coffee with full body and excellent floral tones along with a bit of fruitiness and somewhat smoky flavor with high acidity. These beans are very flavorful and balanced. If you want a coffee that is satisfying, Guatemala is the one!

Shipping and timing for 5-pound bag orders: We roast coffee on Mondays and Tuesdays. Because we roast to order to ensure freshness, all online orders of 5-pound bags are roasted on those days. Orders to be roasted that week must be made by Sunday at 5pm. Orders made after 5pm Sunday will be roasted and shipped at the beginning of the following week.
