This blend is roasted to bring out the oils and sugars of each of its beans. Chocolate, sweet, citric, low acidity with a fruity finish. If you are a fan of dark roasts, this will surely be one of your favorites!

Shipping and timing for 5-pound bag orders: We roast coffee on Mondays and Tuesdays. Because we roast to order to ensure freshness, all online orders of 5-pound bags are roasted on those days. Orders to be roasted that week must be made by Sunday at 5pm. Orders made after 5pm Sunday will be roasted and shipped at the beginning of the following week.
